内卷(Involution)
“内卷化”是指一种社会或文化模式在某一发展阶段达到一种确定的形式后，便停滞不前或无法转化为另一种高级模式的现象。在社会生活的方方面面，人们都谈起了“内卷”。
1、内卷的含义与影响
中文的“内卷”由“内”和“卷”两个字构成，可以更直观地理解为一种自身呈螺旋状的东西，这是一个让参与者陷入困境的过程，他们知道自己不会从中受益。
