社会救助制度 social assistance system

The general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have recently released a directive on reforming and improving the country's social assistance system.The document aims to build a tiered and classified social assistance system with Chinese characteristics for both urban and rural areas in about two years.Social assistance for special purposes, such as healthcare, education, housing, and employment, are underscored in the document.

近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于改革完善社会救助制度的意见》。《意见》指出，总体目标是用2年左右时间，健全分层分类、城乡统筹的中国特色社会救助体系。《意见》强调，要健全医疗、教育、住房、就业等专项社会救助。

粮库 grain warehouse

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has poured more than 300 million yuan in recent years in the intelligent upgrade of local grain warehouses and the construction of a regional grain management platform.The region has completed the intelligent renovation of warehouses with a combined storage capacity of 3.41 million tonnes of grains, accounting for 56 percent of the region's total.A comprehensive grain management platform has realized the online interconnectivity of 108 warehouse sites in 74 counties and cities of the region.

近年来，新疆维吾尔自治区投资超3亿元用于当地粮库智能化升级改造和地区粮食管理平台建设。目前，全区已完成341万吨粮库仓容的智能化升级改造，占总仓容的56%。该地区74个县市的108个库点已实现综合粮食管理平台网络互联互通。
