代词或者副词如all/both/every/everybody/everyone/many/everything/entirely/everywhere/always/often等与否定词not搭配使用时，译成“并非所有，并不都是”。

2.全部否定

3.双重否定
示例
Now no people cannot use computers.

4.形式肯定但意义否定
示例
The beauty of the park is more than words can describe.
这个公园美得无法形容。
The wood bridge is anything but safe.
那座木桥一点也不安全。
